Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years Construction experience in commercial interiors, retail, academic or healthcare interiors projects.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Ability to commute to job sites in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Manage the job site from inception through completion.
• Communicate with subcontractors to assess project progress.
• Identify design deficiencies and schedule concerns.
• Enforce safety protocols to meet OSHA standards.
• Maintain documentation throughout the project.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
