Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for large mission critical or distribution warehouse builds on nationwide projects. You will own field activities, lead the on-site team, and drive safety, schedule, and quality to meet aggressive deadlines.

You will read plans, manage subcontractors, and mentor team members while coordinating with PMs to ensure on-time buyout and procurement. Excellent leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and contracts.
• Experience leading on-site management teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Own all field activities from startup to project closeout.
• Maintain and track project schedule; provide two–three week lookahead.
• Lead on-site management and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure site safety compliance and stop work when necessary.
• Configure and conduct weekly meetings; mentor team members.
• Prepare monthly progress reports on safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage buyout and procurement to meet project deadlines.
