Jobot is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Lead to drive the daily field schedule on secure federal sites, coordinating specialty subcontractors and upholding strict OSHA safety standards. You will manage logistics, maintain daily logs, and coordinate with federal inspectors on public works projects.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of field leadership on commercial or public works projects and a proven ability to manage structural, MEP, or high-finish interior upgrades, with USACE CQM or OSHA

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field leadership experience on commercial or public works projects.
• Proven track record managing structural, MEP, or high-finish interior upgrades.
• USACE CQM or OSHA 30 certifications are highly desirable.
