Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar millwork/carpentry role.
• Experience in project management, construction operations and site coordination.
• Knowledge of OSHA 30 safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating with union labor.
• Preferred degree in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction management activities from planning to execution.
• Supervise on-site construction, ensuring plans, specs and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate site operations: labor, materials and equipment.
• Provide installation oversight for high-quality millwork installations.
• Maintain OSHA 30 standards and safe work environment.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Resolve on-site issues and conduct regular site inspections.
