Job summary

Ballard Marine Construction, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field execution on some of the nation’s most complex marine and heavy civil projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers and company leadership to guide field operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive project success from planning through completion.

This role goes beyond daily activities, influencing project strategy, mentoring field leaders, and building client relationships while upholding safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading field operations on heavy civil, marine, or transportation projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, promote safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of marine and heavy civil projects with Project Managers and leadership.
