This role requires 7+ years of experience in civil or mechanical construction, strong technical knowledge, and leadership capabilities. We offer a competitive salary range of $150K - $190K per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in civil, mechanical, marine, or underwater construction.
• Advanced knowledge of construction contracts.
• Proven results in claims management and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate specifications and plan procedures for construction phases.
• Confers with supervisory personnel to prevent construction delays.
• Inspect work for adherence to specifications and schedules.
• Manage project costs and administer subcontractor contracts.

Skills

Proficient in HCSS HeavyBid and Microsoft Office Suite

Technical writing and verbal skills

Ability to develop internal teams for technical solutions

Advanced construction software skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
