Job summary

Ballard Marine Construction LLC is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field execution on some of the nation's most complex marine and heavy civil projects. You will partner with PMs and leadership to guide planning, staffing, and delivery, while mentoring field teams and prioritizing safety and quality.

This role offers autonomy, challenging work, and the opportunity to shape the future of Ballard through high-impact projects and strong client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and heavy civil construction experience.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience leading field operations on heavy civil, marine, or transportation projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to drive project success and safety.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers, owners, engineers, and clients to deliver complex projects.

• Lead the field execution of complex marine and heavy civil projects.
• Partner with Project Managers and company leadership to drive project success from planning through completion.
• Mentor and develop field teams while upholding safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Build strong client relationships and set high standards for performance and accountability.
