Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience on $50-$100 million commercial/industrial construction projects in a lead superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade contractors.
• Manage project budget for general conditions.
• Ensures high-quality work meets the approved project schedule.
