Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of construction or related field experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interpretation of construction documents and drawings, recommending methods and equipment.
• Ensure consistency with contractual specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and housekeeping on site.
• Plan site logistics, traffic patterns, equipment locations, and storage/staging.
• Lead on-site coordination with project manager, client, and trade contractors to develop work plans and schedule.
