Job summary

IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC seeks a General Superintendent for our site near Burlington, Massachusetts. You will assume primary responsibility for all field activities on program construction projects and for safety objectives across the program.

You will lead field personnel, manage client relationships at the site, and ensure quality and compliance with corporate goals. The role requires 25% travel and flexibility for shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 20 years of experience in Project Delivery or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field activities on program construction projects.
• Oversee all projects within an assigned construction program.
• Lead field personnel to meet program and project goals.
• Ensure safety objectives are achieved on assigned projects.
• Ensure assigned projects meet quality requirements.
• Manage client interactions at the site and promote positive relationships.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services to program clients.
