Job summary

IPS is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead site activities and coordinate trades for projects in Leawood, Kansas, or Houston, Texas. You will support Project Directors and Managers in schedule, budget, and safety oversight, ensuring compliance with contract documents and client expectations.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years in project delivery, with strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific trades on assigned construction sites and manage field operations.
• Support project leadership for oversight of work progress, subcontractor manpower and coordination.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance on project activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement coordination.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to promote positive relationships.
