Employee Workplace is seeking a Field Superintendent for Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) and Building Management Systems (BMS) to lead field activities on a large-scale data center project in Childress, TX. The role oversees subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and documentation, interfacing with stakeholders throughout delivery.

This temporary assignment demands 10+ years in I&C construction, strong read-through of drawings, and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of instrumentation and controls construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of process controls, automation systems, sensors, and monitoring systems.
• Experience on data center, industrial, manufacturing, or high-tech construction projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CM software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead field execution of I&C and BMS installation activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, craft labor, and project teams.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, quality, and safety performance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project documentation.
• Resolve constructability, design, and field installation issues.
• Support project cost control, forecasting, and client communication.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
