Job summary

OnQGlobal Inc is seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to oversee field supervision, manage the project schedule, and coordinate subcontractors. The role requires leadership, safety oversight, and QA/QC implementation on high-tech facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, OSHA 30, and proven experience in self-performing concrete construction and formwork systems, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience leading field teams on high-tech construction projects.
• Strong communication and safety leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for subcontractor field execution and safety on the project.
• Owns the project schedule and provides weekly updates with the Project Manager.
• Provide safety leadership, coach teams, and promote injury-free construction.
