Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee field operations on heavy civil projects. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across sites.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication with owners, engineers, and project stakeholders, plus a track record in earthwork and infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degrees preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and heavy civil construction experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on heavy civil construction projects.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment; plan labor, equipment, and material resources.
• Promote and maintain safety culture; ensure OSHA compliance and safety audits.
