Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee field operations for heavy civil projects in Idaho. You will lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery according to contract specs.
This role requires at least 5 years in heavy civil construction and 3+ years in supervision, with a high school diploma or higher and relevant degree preferred. CDL preferred; drug testing may apply; strong safety culture essential.

The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and directing all field operations for heavy civil construction projects. This position ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and company standards. The Superintendent serves as the primary field leader, coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and project resources while maintaining strong relationships with customers, owners, engineers, and project stakeholders.
