Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction with superintendent/leadership in civil operations.
• Experience in leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration.
• Previous estimating and planning experience.
• Safety oriented with 30-hour OSHA certification.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the Western United States.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage construction activities, sequencing and crew/equipment for quality.
• Collaborate with estimating teams to develop estimates and budgets for large projects.
• Review, interpret and ensure compliance with contract documents and specs.
• Coordinate trades and crews, communicating instructions via project foreperson.
• Manage safety, environmental and quality compliance.
• Inspect work, prepare progress reports, and recommend modifications.
