Williams Civil Construction in Belgrade, Montana is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead field operations and bring civil projects to life. You will oversee safety, quality, budgets, and schedules while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and equipment across sites.

You will mentor field crews, work with project managers and owners, and ensure projects meet specs and timelines. This role anchors our Montana builds in a company known for teamwork and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Civil construction experience with earthwork, utilities, concrete, grading, or aggregate placement preferred.
• Ability to read plans, track schedules and budgets, and evaluate production.
• Strong communication and leadership to coach field teams and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities, coordinate crews, foremen, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Review project plans, budgets, and schedules; develop work plans and align resources.
• Set safety and quality standards; oversee regulatory compliance and QA/QC.
• Monitor labor, quantities, costs, and schedules; identify and solve field challenges.
• Develop teams and maintain relationships with project teams, owners, and suppliers.
