Qualifications

• Requires a construction-related degree or equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading crews or projects and coordinating resources.
• Ability to read plans, specs, schedules, and budgets; understand field decisions.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field activities and coordinate crews, foremen, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Review project plans, budgets, and schedules; support preconstruction planning and develop work plans.
• Set safe work practices, oversee quality control, and ensure compliance with specs and regulations.
• Monitor labor, quantities, costs, and schedules; identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Coach field employees and collaborate with project teams, owners, and suppliers; maintain project documentation.
