The role requires proven supervision of foremen, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel domestically or internationally to support projects.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel and relocate to domestic and international project sites.
• Heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience supervising multiple foremen/construction crews.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Safety oriented; OSHA certificates preferred (10-hour/30-hour).

Responsibilities

• Manage construction safety.
• Understand project cost and budgets.
• Schedule and manage crew workforce, equipment, and tools for maximum utilization and quality of work.
• Review timecards and invoices for proper cost distribution.
• Ensure all employees are current in safety policies and training.
