Overaa Construction in San Francisco seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution on high-value projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule from mobilization to closeout. This is a career role for a seasoned leader.

You will manage subcontractors and self-perform trades, develop master and short-interval schedules, coordinate with clients and AHJs, and mentor site teams while upholding a non-negotiable safety culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive field supervision experience on commercial and industrial construction.
• Start-to-finish ground-up experience with site work, foundations, structure, MEP, finishes, commissioning, and closeout.
• Lead ground-up commercial/industrial projects of substantial size and complexity.
• Schedule command with CPM scheduling and short-interval planning.
• Safety leadership with OSHA 30 minimum.
• Strong client management experience with institutional or utility clients.
• Able to read complex drawings and coordinate with teams.
• Proficiency with Procore and digital field tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead total field execution from mobilization to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and field cost.
• Serve as the on-site face to clients, design teams, inspectors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Develop, own, and drive master and short-interval schedules with the project team.
• Implement and enforce a visible, non-negotiable site safety program and culture.
• Manage subcontractors and self-perform trades—scope coordination, manpower loading, sequencing, productivity tracking, and quality.
• Coordinate inspections, material procurement, and subcontractor sequencing to milestones.
• Create and maintain site logistics plans for safe, efficient execution.
• Execute the project quality control program and turnover documentation.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and Field Engineers.
