Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in commercial and industrial construction, leading total field execution from mobilization to closeout while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

This role involves managing relationships with clients and coordinating with diverse teams to drive project schedules effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred, along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive field supervision experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Start-to-finish ground-up experience with demonstrated ownership through site work.
• Fluent in CPM scheduling and short-interval planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead total field execution from mobilization through closeout and warranty.
• Serve as the on-site face of Overaa to clients and authorities.
• Develop and drive schedules, holding the field accountable.
