Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution on construction projects, directing project teams, safety, profitability, and quality control.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, and resource needs while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety policies. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex projects, including SCIF-type facilities on select assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years in a construction site leadership role overseeing complex projects.
• Experience with SCIF construction or similar sensitive facilities for certain projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for field execution and project teams.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, sequencing, scheduling, and resource needs.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets and profitability and seek value-added cost savings.
• Review labor and production metrics to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Establish and enforce a comprehensive quality control plan and conduct audits.
