Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred OR 3 years of technical experience in the elevator industry or related field.
• Experience in installation and service of elevators/escalators preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience with a unionized workforce is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite software and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage field technicians in day-to-day operations of elevator modernization installations (hydraulic, gearless, geared).
• Participate in field surveys and modernization proposals/bids; determine scope and manpower requirements.
