Job summary

Accelevation LLC seeks a General Superintendent to lead complex regional projects in data-center environments. You will supervise multiple sites, mentor Superintendents, and coordinate with Operations, project management, and client teams to drive on-time, safe delivery.

The role requires a decade of progressive field leadership, strong communication, and solid knowledge of labor agreements and safety standards. A Journeyman Electrical license and OSHA training are preferred bonus qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across diverse scopes.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.
• Journeyman Electrical License preferred; OSHA training and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple projects across a region and varying levels of complexity.
• Lead and mentor field Superintendent teams and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain strong subcontractor and client relationships across projects.
• Drive regional safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in hiring, promotions, and workforce planning in partnership with Operations leadership.
• Ensure compliance with labor agreements and OSHA/safety standards.
