Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead all electrical work on data center projects. You will supervise journeyman electricians, foremen, and apprentices, plan schedules, and manage budgets to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

Coordinate with project managers and other trades, perform inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, and uphold industry standards while mentoring your team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a journeyman electrician.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory or foreman role, preferably in data center environments.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical aspects of data center construction and maintenance projects.
• Plan and schedule electrical work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades for seamless execution.
• Lead and supervise journeyman electricians, foremen, and apprentices in installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Ensure work complies with industry standards and company policies.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including wiring and lighting.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
