Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking accomplished Superintendents for a large-scale, Bay Area data center project. You will lead field operations on complex construction, drive schedules, safety, and quality performance to deliver on schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Superintendent experience in general contracting or electrical construction, with strong leadership and familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in General Contracting or Electrical Construction.
• Proven ability to lead large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Track record of delivering on schedule, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations with safety, quality, productivity, and schedule emphasis.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and field personnel.
• Drive schedules, manpower planning, sequencing, and milestone completion.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, and design teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular jobsite meetings and report progress and risks to leadership.
• Ensure work complies with specifications and contract requirements.
• Oversee inspections, commissioning, turnover, punch lists, and closeout.
• Mentor field leaders and promote safety culture.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
