Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with related training and extensive building construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of subcontract docs, drawings, specs and methods.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean to benefit the project.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for day-to-day construction activities.
• Develop and implement project work schedules identifying critical path.
• Lead and develop field staff, including performance appraisals.
• Ensure ethics and compliance requirements are met.
• Manage the site safety program and subcontractor compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing.
• Coordinate across trades to optimize project operations.
• Manage labor relations with subcontractors and Turner staff.
• Ensure permits and insurance are in place and up to date.
• Act as Stormwater Compliance Coordinator as required.
• Oversee billing processes and monthly work-in-place estimates.
• Ensure work conforms to contract documents.
