Job summary

Arena Family of Companies in Phoenix seeks an experienced Superintendent to own field operations across commercial construction projects. You will lead day-to-day site activities, drive schedules, manage manpower and materials, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate subcontractors to keep projects moving.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of commercial construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid grasp of plans, specs, and building codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven Superintendent or field leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Experience managing subcontractors, manpower, and project schedules.
• CMiC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day jobsite operations from mobilization through completion.
• Drive schedule, manpower, materials, equipment, safety, and quality.
• Develop and manage short-term/look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure scopes are executed correctly.
• Partner closely with Project Managers on overall project performance.
• Identify field issues early and keep projects moving.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, inspectors, trades, and project teams.
