Job summary

Wohlsen Construction is seeking a Superintendent III to lead field teams, coordinate trades, and drive projects from planning through completion. You will oversee subcontractors, review documents, and ensure safety, quality, and schedules align with budget and client goals.

Responsibilities include weekly coordination meetings, look-ahead scheduling, and daily CMIC reporting, with a focus on constructability and timely delivery on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction technology, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of field construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership for other superintendents, assistant superintendents, project engineers and site staff.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate all work on a project.
• Review contract documents to prepare bid proposals and provide constructability guidance.
• Manage contractors to complete punch lists and ensure deficiencies are corrected before final inspections.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with foremen across trades to review progress and safety.
• Perform regular quality control inspections and ensure work meets Wohlsen standards.
• Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules for all trades.
• Submit daily CMIC reports detailing work performed, delays and milestones.
