Job summary

Wohlsen Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to aid the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and site activities on active projects. You will help keep the project progressing on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities include managing documentation, look-ahead schedules, submittals, RFIs, and daily reports, as well as leading daily huddles and maintaining project records.

Qualifications

• Requires blueprints/specs interpretation and attention to detail.
• 3–4 years construction experience in the field.
• 1–2 full lifecycle projects with values $5M–$10M.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors and field activities.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
• Lead daily huddles to communicate safety concerns and daily plan.
