Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is seeking a Superintendent to lead daily field operations on construction projects. You will coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget work with high quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervision of crews, safety meetings, plan reviews, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires strong leadership, reading plans, and proficiency with construction software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or associate degree preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising crews on construction, paving, or heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and manage budgets and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily field operations on assigned projects.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead daily safety meetings, hazard analyses, and site inspections.
• Monitor schedules and productivity to complete work on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and customers to coordinate activities.
• Review plans to ensure quality workmanship and contract compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and personnel tracking.
