Staker Parson Companies is seeking a Superintendent in Draper, Utah, to lead daily field operations on construction projects. You will supervise crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet production goals while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
The role requires directing site activities, reviewing plans, coordinating with project managers and customers, and maintaining documentation. A driver’s license is required and prior supervisory experience is preferred.

The Superintendent role is a skilled position responsible for managing daily project execution, coordinating labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials, while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
