Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 15 years of general contracting experience.
• Applicable area licenses.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Strong business judgment to balance budget and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for field operations and execution on assigned project(s).
• Monitor schedules, quality levels, and adherence to SOPs.
• Develop client/architect relationships to drive satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and train field personnel including Superintendents and engineers.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, sequencing, and field method decisions.
• Participate in pre-construction activities, sales reviews, and project turnover.
• Prepare baseline schedules and ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Coordinate site access, staging plans, and technical reviews.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to scope reviews.
