Job summary

TSMC North America seeks a highly experienced Project/Program Manager to augment our Field Technical Solutions team in San Jose, CA. You will enable customers to achieve silicon success using TSMC technologies, coordinating with sales, R&D, and process teams globally.

Role demands deep PM/FTS experience, mastery of PMIC/AMS flows, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. You will train customers and colleagues, driving milestones from RTL to GDSII across multiple nodes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• 15+ years in the semiconductor industry with hands-on IC design, applications engineering, or technical program management.
• Direct customer-facing experience in FAE/FTS roles within a semiconductor company.
• Strong knowledge of PMICs, power delivery networks, and analog/mixed-signal design flows.
• Experience with IC design flows, PDKs, EDA tool suites, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key customers to understand roadmaps and technical needs.
• Lead problem-solving and solution architecture for complex PMIC/AMS topics.
• Drive cross-functional teams across North America and Taiwan to meet milestones.
• Deliver technical trainings and presentations to customers and internal teams.
