Job summary

TSMC North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (Technical Manager) to serve as the primary interface with a leading U.S. semiconductor customer.

You will drive technical and business collaboration, oversee execution, and align foundry and packaging capabilities with customer roadmaps. The role requires 9+ years in semiconductors, a strong grasp of manufacturing processes, and excellent communication. Mandarin Chinese is preferred for cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 9+ years’ experience in the semiconductor ecosystem (foundry, EDA, or advanced packaging preferred).
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and account management.
• Skilled in contract negotiation, capacity forecasting, and roadmap alignment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred for cross-border coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on advanced packaging technologies and silicon process coordination.
• Manage foundry operations, capacity planning, and project forecasting.
• Serve as the key liaison across internal functions — including Product Planning, Field Technology Support (FTS), Business Development, and Operations.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify business growth opportunities.
• Foster long-term partnerships through consistent communication and problem-solving.
