Job summary

TSMC North America in San Jose seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to drive field technical solutions for premier customers, ensuring on-time tape-outs and first-pass success across NA and global teams.

You will lead customer engagements, guide cross-functional efforts with R&D, Design Enablement, and EDA, and translate complex technical challenges into actionable programs, training, and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Fifteen years of progressive semiconductor industry experience.
• Understanding of FinFET and nanosheet CMOS processes.
• Hands-on experience in digital/analog/mixed-signal design or PDK development.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and drive solutions.
• Curiosity and motivation for continuous learning.
