Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to drive Hybrid/Cloud and CMS opportunities, including Retail Colocation, across the US (Denver HQ or Hillsboro Data Center).

The role involves pre-sales technical leadership, architecture design, and delivering complete CMS solutions to new-logo customers. Travel up to 10%, collaborate with national sales teams, and translate complex requirements into actionable architecture and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent preferred.
• 8–15 years of experience in industry relevant sales, consulting and/or sales engineering.
• Ability to design & explain solutions to both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified sales calls and customer meetings to architect Cloud and CMS solutions (and Hybrid Colocation) for new logo customers.
• Provide technical drawings and designs of CMS Solutions with narratives showing business impact.
• Create complete CMS/Hybrid solution designs and present to potential customers.
