Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own a book of business of hosting and colocation customers. You will drive onboarding, success plans, executive reviews, risk mitigation, and ongoing value through proactive outreach and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll engage from frontline to C-level stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while leveraging Flexential solutions across colo, cloud, and networking.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Customer Success experience within a B2B technology organization.
• Experience interacting with customers at all levels including C-Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to all levels.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Time management ability.
• Self-motivation and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Adaptability to a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and accountability for success during onboarding and ongoing customer work.
• Manage a book of business with advanced environments and marquee relationships.
• Uncover and document desired outcomes for success plans.
• Train customers on Flexential support tools.
• Own customer retention and health tracking.
• Advise on Flexential solutions and coordinate with SMEs.
• Update customer health scores and churn forecasts.
• Escalate and resolve issues including billing and technical support.
• Maintain proactive customer contact through emails, calls, and meetings.
• Prepare and present content for executive business reviews.
