Shield AI is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer, Hivemind to support technical sales, customer engagements, demonstrations, and capture activities for Shield AI’s autonomy solution for unmanned systems.

This role will serve as a customer-facing technical expert, translating mission needs into credible Hivemind concepts and working with BD, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful demonstrations and proposals.

Formación

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, field or systems engineering, or related technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of autonomy, AI-enabled systems, unmanned systems, or defense tech.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a customer-facing technical expert for Hivemind autonomy solutions in markets.
• Support customer discovery, technical briefings, demonstrations, RFIs, RFPs, and demos.
• Translate customer needs into credible Hivemind solution concepts.
• Collaborate with BD and Capture teams on proposals, white papers, and briefings.
• Explain autonomy capabilities, roadmap considerations, and integration requirements to diverse audiences.
• Develop technical sales assets like briefs, scripts, templates, and white papers.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Program teams on customer requirements and risks.
• Help customers evaluate autonomy for mission planning and fielded outcomes.
• Maintain accuracy of materials reflecting current capabilities and roadmap timing.
