Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid LCSW license issued by NYSED; at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with casework, group work, or community organization methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision for Social Workers and perform related tasks.
• Lead crisis interventions in the field with real-time guidance to clinicians.
• Conduct crisis evaluations, including risk and safety assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ICARE values and program standards; oversee staff performance.
