Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience in acute and/or field-based behavioral health care settings required.
• Proficiency in crisis evaluation, intervention, and disposition planning.
• Knowledge of behavioral health disorders, systems of care, and social determinants of health.
• English proficiency required; bilingual/multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision for Social Workers and related staff.
• Provide real-time consultation and guidance on complex cases to mental health clinicians in the field.
• Conduct brief crisis evaluations and develop rapid, patient-centered disposition plans.
• Lead and supervise field teams during behavioral health crises.
• Ensure high standards of clinical care and documentation across settings.
• Oversee performance evaluations and professional development for staff.
