The role collaborates with engineering, product, and quality teams to drive service excellence and safety compliance. You will mentor teams, monitor KPIs, and influence continuous improvement while supporting training initiatives and field operations across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of field service, technical operations, or project management experience.
• Experience in renewable energy or industrial systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service leaders across commissioning, warranty, and aftersales.
• Ensure safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations and issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs like response times, uptime, and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety programs.
• Prepare reports and present updates to stakeholders.
