Job summary

Xylem in the United States is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites with safety, efficiency, and hands‑on problem solving. You’ll work with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and document field data while coordinating with customers in a regional area.

Expect about 30% travel (overnight stays) and the opportunity to develop expertise in water treatment equipment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of mechanical/technical work experience in industrial or commercial process water.
• Ability to obtain customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
