Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of field technician experience or relative experience required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Plumbing experience and skills a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and show initiative.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, action and goal oriented.
• Customer-centric focus with ability to set priorities.
• Problem solver with good listening and verbal skills.
• Organized and able to provide detailed follow-up and follow-through of company processes.
• Professional image and solid customer relations skills.
• Familiarity with Word/Excel and data entry systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installs Type A systems and repairs RO systems, water softeners, and filters on customer sites.
• Performs troubleshooting, leak repair, component replacement, and calibrations.
• Executes maintenance and preventive service for commercial products.
• Manages customer relationships by explaining work performed and documenting results.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of work environment and company tools.
