Qualifications

• 5+ years of technician or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Preferred lead technician or supervisory experience.
• Soldering and basic plumbing knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise installation, service and repair work for residential and commercial customers.
• Lead day-to-day field service activities, scheduling, coaching & development.
• ensure accurate documentation and data management for jobs and inventory.
• Identify add-on sales opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and vehicle/tools.
