Manages the customer relationship by effectively explaining work being performed. Changes/actions all water filters, membranes, biozone bulbs, and carbon media in tanks. Installs Type A systems. Repairs Kinetico Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, water softeners, and filter systems at customer sites. Perform troubleshooting, leak repair, component replacement, and calibrations.
