Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to join our Arlington, TX team. You will service and maintain water purification equipment, using a company vehicle, across the local area with occasional on-call rotation and overtime opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of technical experience, strong troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Travel is up to ~25% with day shifts and opportunities for professional growth within a global water technology leader.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Industry licenses preferred.
• Ability to obtain TWIC card.
• 2–5 years technical experience in industrial or commercial process water.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains safe working environment and culture.
• Takes care of company property.
• Proactively troubleshoots systems for mechanical and electrical conditions.
• Anticipates and corrects safety issues on equipment.
• Direct interfacing with customers.
• May work on multiple systems/locations.
