Responsibilities

• Provides technical customer service and support during installation, commissioning, and servicing of automated bagging and palletizing equipment.
• Educates, trains, and troubleshoots problems either on-site or remotely.
• Travels up to 75% to support customers and installations.
• Documents project requirements, service trip reports, and safety issues.
• Supports sales with parts recommendations and technical input for quotes.
• Maintains professional demeanor and builds customer rapport to ensure satisfaction.
• Operates CRM tools to manage customer relationships and service history.
