Qualus Corporation is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to test, maintain, and repair a wide range of electrical equipment in the field and shop. You will also support leadership tasks and project coordination in diverse field settings.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in power systems and strong communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license. This role emphasizes safety, team mentoring, and client-facing reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in power plants, industrial services, and protection and control schemes.
• Strong English communication for safety-related materials and client interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide field testing for relays, breakers, transformers, motor control equipment, and switchgear.
• Lead a crew in field testing/maintenance/repair of electrical equipment.
• Prepare and document site project work.
• Mentor and train team members on technical tasks and safety.
