Job summary

Mainspring Energy is seeking mechanically inclined individuals for field service roles. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on our generators, travel to customer sites within a specific region, and train at our headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical assembly or repair.
• Experience with automotive/heavy equipment assembly.
• Ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear PPE.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools incl. torque wrenches.

Responsibilities

• Repair/maintain generator components per procedures and checklists.
• Collaborate with engineers to fix, repair, and redesign components.
• Conduct mechanical inspections and document condition information for debugging.
• Be available for on-call rotations to support customers.
